Mr. Hesham Kotby, P. E.,  is the President of JWP Engineering, PC, one of the fastest growing firms in the Metropolitan area, with offices in NY and NJ. He is responsible for leading business development and supporting public sector clients in NY working with NYCDDC, NYCEDC, Hudson Yards, NYCT, NYCDOT, NYSDOT, and MTA. JWP focuses on facilities and infrastructure markets.

Mr. Kotby has over 37 years of diverse domestic and international experience, including 34 years of rehabilitation of underground facilities for various agencies. During that time, he worked for 21 years as a consultant to NYCDDC in various capacities.

He has been serving on the Tri-State AAAEA Board since 2014, ACEC Board Member, ASCE member since 1998, and a member of CMAA. Mr. Kotby received a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt in 1984. He is a licensed PE in NY, NJ and DE.
