Established in 2009 , JWP Engineering, P. C. is a professional engineering inspection firm, servicing the Greater NYC area for 12 years.  It is comprised of a group of veteran Professional Engineers, Inspectors, Office Engineers and Community Construction Liaison personnel, who possess extensive and diversified experience in the civil engineering industry.  The JWP Engineering President, Hesham Kotby, P. E., has over 37 years of Construction Management and Inspection experience on NYC and NY State contracts.  He has served as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager and Executive Vice President for various companies.  His project experience includes projects with the NYC Dept. of Design and Construction, NYC Dept. of Transportation, NY State Dept. of Transportation, NYC Transit and New York City Economic Development Corp (NYCEDC).
